Yu-Hsiang Ho commenced his PhD in 2024 under the supervision of Nate Lo, Simon Ho, and Chris Reid (Australian Museum, Sydney). His research has focused on the systematics and phylogeny of Coleoptera, especially Latridiidae and Histeridae. For his PhD thesis, Yu-Hsiang will work on the phylogeny, systematics, and biogeography of the beetle subfamily Pselaphinae in Lord Howe Island.
Yu-Hsiang completed his undergraduate course and Master’s degree in the Department of Entomology at National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. His Master’s thesis was on the systematics of minute brown scavenger beetles (Latridiidae) in Taiwan.
